If you have an internet addiction, this is for you
If your using the internet, this is for you. Especially if your into porn. A good introduction to getting away from the endless loop of the addictions of the internet. I however really felt that there could be more. I hope the author does some more work on this.

Escape Internet Addiction With This Book
I have listened to several internet addiction books now but this one was the best. From a recovering addict who also admitted to the part that pornography plays in this addiction it rang very true. It has taken me three weeks to get through because I listen to each chapter multiple time. If you can look really deeply at yourself with the help of this book it will change your life like it is changing mine.

Good work but....
Good work but....the title should be "Breaking the Feedback Loop: How I Liberated Myself from Porn Addiction, and How You Can Too"
I bought this because I wanted to break my habit of consuming too much new information but the 90 % of the book is about internet porn addiction but I've never addicted to porn so If I knew this was about porn addiction I wouldn't have bought it but I'm sure this book would be inspiring for those who suffer from porn addiction.
