So glad I found this as audiobook, always wanted to read the series and never had the time, now I can listen to it anytime.

Living the Adventure Once More

it's so great being able to listen to these stories. It's difficult to find time to read anymore. But being able to listen! That makes it so much more amazing. I'd only ever dreamed what the Animorph's voices sounded like. i am not disappointed. I can't wait to listen to book 3!

All the childhood feels

The best series of my my teenage years! Share it with everyone! Great great book!

A good second chapter.

While I personally don’t find this the most exciting installment in the book series. It is a very good one as far as establishing the world, and character development is concerned. It definitely sheds some more light on the tragic events being perpetrated by the Yeerks. This book, written from the character Rachel‘s point of view, is a good low level neighborhood/city adventure. You can tell the author is trying to ease her readers into a more science-fiction world. In that respect, this book succeeds.

Another classic from the childhood. Can’t wait to continue the series. Definitely recommend the series.

Another great audio book for this series

Poor Melissa. Great Rachel narration, even if she gives her a bit of a rasp. I'll check out the others when I can. Great that these books are coming to Audible, and finally in audio book form.

Aged like fine wine

Lets me relive my childhood one traumatic event at a time. A little cheesy, but just as powerful as when i was 10. I hope they adapt the whole series by the time i catch up.

Recommended for kids age 8-10? HA! Riiiiiiiight...

Great book. Great series. I’d say ages 10 and up though. Unless you’re ok with your 8 year old hearing about creepy mall pedos, giant cannibalistic centipedes, and parents who love their kids but don’t show affection due to the alien living inside their head.

On the other hand, I grew up watching The Land Before Time as a kiddo, and that’s basically Saving Private Ryan for 4 year olds. I guess I turned out alright. Right? So I take back the mansplaining of age recommendation to say this: Everyone should read this book.

But come on people, don’t be a monster... At least start with book one.

Excellent narrator

Obviously I’m only on the second book, but so far I think they’ve nailed the narrators! They’re doing a great job conveying the tone of the books. Can’t wait to keep listening!

I hope they record the record the entire series

Rachel's reader is great and very easy to listen to. Maybe I find her tough girl attitude a bit of a cliche but that's just based on my own personal experiences. The book is a great read and the performance was great.
The real question is when do they record the First Megamorph?
