Not really for starting vegans
I've been a vegan since 2009 I've got this book for someone who is thinking of becoming a league and I was hoping it would be something they could have to help T help them to guide them honestly , Honestly the narrator seems like she's just yelling at you not talking to you It was uncomfortable for the most part to listen to.
