Social Anxiety Be Gone!
I'll be honest, my family has struggled with social anxiety for a long time.
So I bought this audiobook as a motivational gift for my sister. She loved it!
She really enjoyed the practical side of the 'The Social Anxiety Cure for Women Workbook' - learning the exercises, practicing new ways to overcome her depression and improve her confidence.
It's only the start of her journey but she seems like a new and improved woman. <3 it.

Worth The Money!
I do recommend to anyone who is bebating on buying this book to buy it! It’s helped me out so much- wayyyy more than i realized wayyyy more than i thought it would. It helped me out with my main problem shyness... it’s helped me overcome it in a healthy way and i’m so thankful for it. 10/10!

Absolute Game Changer
I have had several problems with being in social environments in the past throughout high school and college. After reading this book, I have increased my self-confidence and am now more able to enter conversations with other people and make friends. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to expand their social circle!

I would highly recommend this book to anyone with social anxiety. It has some great points and can really help someone to improve their self-confidence. I had originally bought this for my girlfriend and as she liked it so much, I had to listen to it and it really helped.

Thorough workbook for dealing with Social Anxiety
This is a FANTASTIC workbook for anyone who has dealt with social anxiety (or for anyone who has a person in their life who struggles with social anxiety who they want to better understand). I found this book to be very complete. It contains lots of fun anecdotes that helped me frame social anxiety in the context of my life. The author's warm and friendly tone is paired with very helpful exercises that walk the reader - step by step - through taking an honest and direct look at her behavior and then provides SPECIFIC tools to make improvements. Phillipa Goldie offers a relatable narrative style and a fresh perspective. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone looking for an active and mindful approach to their anxiety.

Never Thought an Audiobook Would Help So Much
Bought this book for the gf, ended up listening along. The book says its for women, but do not be fooled, if you are a male that is struggling with self esteem issues, shyness, and depression, then this book can help you as well. It honestly has helped me in some ways, but it helped out my gf even more than me, which is understandable since this book is more tailored to women, but its still a pretty good audio book to listen along with the girl in your life if you're a dude. i'd recommend this book to anyone that is having issues with what the titles suggests. It really is a great book and worth the listen if you have a couple hours to spare. 10/10

Never Before has a Book Changed My Life Like This
Normally I am not a person to read books on social advice but I have to say, this book was so well written and easy to follow. I got this book for my cousin who was having anxiety problems and she said she couldn't put it down. I decided to read it as well and even though I normally don't have many problems, this even still helped me. Please pick up this book because it will change your life.

Loved this book about Social Anxiety Cure
I’ve always wanted to learn more about Social Anxiety . So when I came across The Social Anxiety Cure for Women Workbook: Overcome Social Anxiety Disorder, Boost Your Social Skills & Enhance Self Confidence Without Struggling from Shyness, Depression or Self Esteem Issues, I was excited. It’s really actionable, empowering and informative too - in fact, some of the opinions in this book totally surprised me (in a good way!). If you want to discover more about Social Anxiety, The Social Anxiety Cure for Women Workbook will give you loads of great insights - it’s one of my all-time favorites so far. Definitely worth checking out!
