All common sense

I was underwhelmed, was expecting truly applicable insights. Everything discussed in this book is common sense. The methodology suggested is not original at all. If you are a highly technical cybersecurity expert with no managerial or organizational experience and suddenly are given the responsibility to set up a cybersecurity culture, then you will certainly benefit from this book. But, if you already know what needs to be done but looking for insight on how to get it done, you will be disappointed.
