Love it! Gamechanger
Love this book! as a newbie in the industry Martin guides me thru new innovated ways of improving my business. Giving all his details, ALL the steps!!! Wow this book is complete different frm the the rest! I read the paperbook in December And listen to the audible this month.
I have implemented Martins recommendations. restructuring our model towards peak performance and increase sales has been a great success. Our company culture is now stonger, and more develop. Real life guide to success.
When you listen to or read this book, it’s important to always remember: What you’re hearing works! It’s tried and true by the author himself. Countless authors will try to give you a “blueprint” for success but Martin is literally laying out how his company has become successful, how he he has sustained growth at all times, and (most importantly to me) how he’s built a culture of success within his teams.
If you take away one single thing from this book that makes you more successful, then it’s worth it but you’ll truly be hard pressed to only find one when there are so many great pieces of information.

Good content, poor performance
I enjoyed this audiobook, and it’s content is good. It has a great blueprint for creating a system in your roofing business to be successful. However, the owner who is probably very successful assumed that he was great at the message delivery, but it can be improved greatly with this book. He should’ve followed his own advice and hired an expert to do this.
