Total no brainers put simply
Listening gave me a ton of duh moments to myself, realizing that the concepts can be implemented with real investment into my team. Tommy lays it out in simple terms to understand and inspire. I keep listening to the chapters over and over to truly soak it all in and since reading and implementing some concepts, I am already seeing results. I am not done yet, though, setting goals with my team, we are all inspired and working to inspire each other.

A whole new level
I have sold two HVAC businesses for 7 figure exits and found this to be one of the best books I have read on good practices to grow and scale a service business. Highly recommended reading if growth and scale is your goal. I will read again before the next one!!!

Put in the work and you’ll get the results
This book is awesome if your beginning a business so that you
create the right habits and build the right foundation. If your like me and your running a fine million dollar business and can’t figure out why your stuck it’s because you didn’t build the foundation right. It stinks but it’s true!
