Great for new agents!
What did you love best about The Honest Real Estate Agent?
I am about to become a real estate agent and have been reading everything I can get my hands on. Very few focus on the beginning agent -- and most are teasers so that you will buy their services. This is almost a "how to" book, explaining different sales techniques and other things to really consider as you find your way through real estate as a career. I am going to restart and take notes.

Great book.
I feel much more prepared to enter the business of real estate. At first I was unsure and uneasy, but this books provides many great insights on how to make the transition much less harsh. As a soon to be college graduate, I’m excited to embark on the journey!

Great Book, Need to Skip the First Section
I read and listened to many real estate books and this one is quite good. However, really dislike a half an hour commercial at the VERY Beginning of the book. Well, it's more than 45 minutes of how great this book is before the Introduction Chapter.

Sounds good to me
I'm a guy that's just getting started in real estate so I think this guide is a bit helpful. Honestly it didn't get five stars because it didn't get me at how to ensure a paycheck. But the advice was great as to what can be expected and what to do in the profession.

Very Insightful
I absolutely loved Mario’s insight of the real estate world and tips on how to get started. As somebody who is planning on a transition from a political job to real estate at the end of the year I will come back and revisit this book after I get my license.
I would highly recommend this book to anybody who is considering a career in real estate.

I wondered what being a realtor was like and what it entailed
So, I bought this book and it was the perfect fit. If you are curious wether you should go into real estate this is a great primer to give you an idea of what your day will look like and what personality traits will help you succeed. If you have already begun as a realtor and want advanced selling techniques, this book isn’t geared toward that but can give you good advice on where and how to find that information. Jannatpour uses a formal but approachable voice to address the core foundation of being a successful AND contented realtor. He gives advice about what he sees as the biggest mistake realtors make, sacrificing scruples for closings, all the way to how to build, fill, and maintain a client pipeline. He includes testimonials from other realtors in comparison to his own assertions about being a successful realtor. This book is perfect if you have had daydreams about a change in career and want to know if real estate is the right option for you. It has been instrumental in my decision to pursue real estate by helping me to focus my energy. Jannatpour has helped me to see what attitudes have not been motivating me, as well as showing me what practices I can nurture to be the best version of myself that I aspire to.
