Find a seat and go deep
I heard about this book from a blogger that I follow. It’s one of those books where you have to listen first and then listen again with your journal, box of tissues and maybe a phone nearby to call a friend. There were portions of this book that literally had my mouth hanging open. There were portions of this book that stopped me in my tracks and caused me to reflect. Then there were portions of this book that physically moved me and released emotions that I didn’t even know I was carrying. Now that I’ve finished this first lesson, my next work will be listening again and putting these lessons to practice. Please read this book you will not be disappointed.
