Great story

I thoroughly enjoyed this box set. Easy to get lost in the characters. I can't wait to buy more of this authors books.

Spellbinding

This my second Character to follow created by the author. Both have been brought to life by the author and his narrators. His characters are interesting, and their struggles through Ansul are described so well, one can almost see them as real. The narrative kept drawing me back time and again.

Fascinating Story!

I did truly enjoy this series! Characters were well drawn. and interesting, the worlds were interesting and well constructed. The only thing that bothered me at all was in switching between storylines sometimes was hard to follow. I had to back up and go through portions on occasion, but the story was well worth the effort! I highly recommend this 3 book series to all! Just kick back and enjoy!

A good read

I really did enjoy the book, however just the way it started maybe? im not sure, I kept having to restart/retry listening to it. However once past the first few chapters, I was hooked.

Entertaining

For never liking fantasy books, I found the trilogy very enjoyable, and was continually drawn into the next chapter or the next book.

not bad

at first I was annoyed by the narrator's different voices for the characters but after the first book I got over it. I do like narrator's who have different voice tones for the characters but in this case the voices were more like asian sounding and i don't think the characters were asian at all. if the characters were asian then I would have preferred the narrator to have been asian not european/brit? overall good story. book three i believe the narrator got distracted while reading and that was frustrating.
