Great series

Better than I expected. Can’t put it down. It does follow the same young kid grows up to save the world but it’s one of the better ones. The characters are likable and the story is good. Gildart Jackson does a great job also. Even his dog voice is what I’d expect from a dog for some reason. There’s a lot of books and I’m only finished with the first 3 books and I hope they’re all as good as this.

13th Paladin - Amazing Series

I just finished listening to the entire series and I can say not one book was disappointing. Gildart Jackson does an amazing job narrating the series.

The writing makes you feel like you are there next to Ahren, Falk, Culhen, Khara, Uldini, Trogadon, Jelninolan, and all of the Paladins as they battle to save the world of Jorath. There are so many characters and by the end of the series you feel like you know each one personally.

You travel through this amazing world that Torsten Weitze created meeting wonderful characters and having exciting and thrilling adventures. You will go on an emotional roller-coaster with the characters experiencing the highs and lows with them. There is humer that will make you laugh, some romance as well as some heartbreak,

The biggest disappointment is that after 13 books there are no more adventures to go on with this fun and diverse group of adventurers, ancients, and warriors.

Worth the listen

The story reminds me of a mixture between The Hobbit and The Ranger’s Apprentice series. The author does a great job of keeping the story interesting and engaging. The fact that it’s sold in a boxed set is a great deal in my opinion.

This is an awesome set of books…, nothing more to say.. I highly recommend it.

Great book

The writing was really good. Never felt rushed or undeveloped, but didn’t focus on one theme too heavily either.

Character development

Readers different voices. Sometimes the description of their very long travels was a little much but overall it wouldn’t keep me from wanting to get immersed again into the story.

Great escape,

Well developed story, loveable characters, diverse and creative creatures. All in all... I want more!

Great action packed adventure book. The reader was also easy to understand and did a great job. Loved it!
