Excellent - Research based

This is a fundamental book in my library of personal development. It's the first book I recommend and I never have a physical copy in my house because I end up giving mine away.
it needs more positive reviews because they influence my purchases.
Great book

New & Impactful content for Leaders & Individuals

This book is a must read/listen for leaders and everyone interested in self improvement. It contains fresh new content, research, and ideas not previously discussed in the genre. Leadership books and a lot of self help are often a rehash of ideas that we have all heard before. It is not easy to find books that present new ideas and new research that give you practical tools that you can apply to your life and organizations. The author dives into the way our Mindsets impact all aspects of our future success and our interactions with others. He presents real world examples of how his own life was impacted by his poor mindsets and how becoming aware of them and actively working to improve them made all the difference. As I read the book I was inspired with new ways to interact with my employees, my coworkers, my spouse and my children. Changing or improving my mindsets will likely have a profound effect on my organization and my family. I highly recommend the book. The production quality of the recording has its flaws, but it is clear and easy to listen to at 1.75x.

WOW!!!!This book has truly changed the complete trajectory of my life! Discussing the difference between mindsets and how to welcome failure has given me a new framework and lease on life. My entire life I have cared about appearing smart and not looking stupid in front of others. Failures would shut me down for months and months on end. It created profound anxiety to be the best. This book has liberated me more than I can articulate. This will be one of my go to books for the rest of my life as emotions are ebbs and flows. I can’t thank enough for this knowledge. Your now one of my favorite authors.

Ryan does a great job in helping you to understand our mindsets and how we can shift.

Excellent composition on Mindsets! Ryan draws from multiple different mindset frameworks to leave no stone unturned. Only reason I gave 4 stars on performance is because the audio quality could have been better given the expert level content of the book.

Good, Not Great More for Sales Pros

Struggled to finish, the readers droned on. Good training for those new to professional sales.

Don’t recommend

This book had the worst audio of any Audible purchase to date. It sounded like it was recorded on an iPhone. The author (and reader) coughed several times and stumbled on his words. How was this not re-recorded? It smell of “I’m trying to make a quick buck.” Just get the book the Outward Mindset instead. Any good insights came from that book. The author’s tone and whining were off putting.
