This book did not even discuss passive income
Let me save you 45 minutes. Buy index funds and hold them forever. If you are looking for info on passive income, look elsewhere. Despite it being in the title, passive income is not even mentioned in this book unless you consider the 1-2% dividends of index funds as a passive income strategy.
