Great Resource

I've been interested in real estate investing for a while. I have my own property but I have always been nervous to invest in more, because I felt like I didn't fully understand it or know enough about it. This audiobook put everything into perspective for me. It is a perfect beginner's guide and gave me all the knowledge and tools I needed to take those first steps.

The information was presented in a clear and concise manner, and I feel confident that I can put what I have learnt through this book into practice. Of course my path to learning will not end here, I hope Freeman Publications will create an advanced REIT Investing book in the future. Very valuable resource

I’m a complete beginner, and I was still able to follow along with this book. It explains the WHY and the HOW- what REITs are, the different types, mistakes to avoid, and how to pick the right ones to buy. I like knowing how things work, not just being told… ‘this works, do this, trust me.’ I do think I’m going to get the stock investing for beginners bundle by this same publishing company because I don’t want to get too far ahead of myself and I really like how this book is written. Excited to dive in!

Practical and Usable

The author meticulously arranged the chapters so that knowledge of the listener is built forward. The explanations on the terms and acronyms and their implications in decision making were carefully written with the lay person’s mind in consideration. I will definitely use this as a reference book as I explore REIT in my investing strategy. Well done and highly recommended!

Powerful and Hidden Gems: Must Listen

This audiobook is a must listen and a priceless audiobook to have. I learned so much on REIT investing and I love how the author made it so clear, simple and easy to understand.

One of the best parts I enjoyed was how to invest in real estate without physically owning a property. It even has free bonuses on top of the golden nuggets that's in this audiobook. It's a must have resource and a valuable info to have under your belt (sort of speak).

For Reit Newbies

This audiobook about REITs provides the basic background behind them, detailed techniques on how to pick and choose them, and how to crunch numbers needed for a good investment. This is a great listen for beginners because the narrator does a great job of getting the information across. There are risks involved though, and the author also provided some guidance on what to look out for. Before this audiobook, I had no idea what a Real Estate Investment Trust was nor how to use them for long-term investments. Now, I have a better understanding and can make a more informed decision when choosing to use this as an investment vehicle.
