And that's the healthy life, not the life in old age. Smokers spend their old age with lots more harmful diseases than nonsmokers.
Believe it or not, some people still ask why they should stop smoking. Smoking causes illness and death. It's probably the most preventable lifestyle factor that is affecting human health. Smoking causes harm to every organ in the body. The heart, lungs, blood vessels, and fertility are all adversely affected by tobacco use and the chemicals in cigarettes. The nicotine that the cigarette companies place in cigarettes is extremely addictive.
When you quit smoking, you will get so many benefits. You will be able to breathe better than before. You do not need to be worried about developing lung cancer, and you will also smell better. You can also save money because you will not be spending it on cigarettes.

I STOPPED SMOKING!
Would you listen to Stop Smoking again? Why?
I stopped smoking after listening to this book and would re-read it again if for some reason I start smoking again.
Any additional comments?
I would recommend this book as another motivator to help you stop smoking. It had some good ideas and some not as good ideas. I took just one of the ideas and it worked for me. At this writting I have stopped smoking for two weeks now and plan on continuing.

If you could sum up Stop Smoking in three words, what would they be?
GOOD IDEAS
What did you like best about this story?
The book gave me some great ideas to help me stop smoking. The idea I liked the most was the suggestion that I only buy one pack at a time. That way they were not always available for me to chain smoke. I would have to get up and go out to the store every time I ran out and I would run out quickly when I only purchased them by the pack.
Any additional comments?
The book had some great ideas on how to stop smoking. I listen to the book every day as I am driving to work. I used to smoke one after another on the way to work but now I just listen to the book. The reader has a nice voice and I can listen to him over and over. That is at least 45 min that I am now not smoking!!

I loved the new ideas the author set down in his book. I tried a few and it works...so far!

I loved Joshua Bennington's voice and will be looking to see what else his has done.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
I idea of buying fewer smoke's at a time was very helpful. I went from buying a carton to one pack at a time to none.

I recommend this book to anyone who is ready to quite smoking. It might be just what you need to stop.

I liked the book it had some ideas that I have not tried yet. Perhaps it will work for me. if you smoke I would recommend this book to you, try it. there might be one idea here that gets us to stop.

What did you love best about Stop Smoking?
What I got out of the book was a few new ideas about how to help me stop smoking. I thought they were good and have started one a few.

Would you listen to Stop Smoking again? Why?
Yes I would listen to the audio book again. It was helpful and pushed me into quitting the habit. If I start again or relapsed, I would listen to it again and again.
Which character – as performed by Joshua Bennington – was your favorite?
There are NO characters in this book. but Joshua Bennington did a great job reading the book to me.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
That it was OK to relapse and start again and that I should not feel like a failure.

I would recommend this book to anyone who would like to stop smoking. There are some easy steps to follow to help you along your way to a smoke free life.

Joshua Bennington was easy to listen to about a subject that is very hard for many of us. He did a nice job and I did not mind hearing lecture or read to me.

Where does Stop Smoking rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It was a very good reader. I liked his voice and could listen to him and few more times.
Who was your favorite character and why?
My favorite part of the book were the suggestions on how to stop smoking. Some were new and some were old but I need to hear them over and over again to ever stop.
Any additional comments?
The book is a motivational audio book to try and get us smokers to stop. Every little bitr helps. I will keep listening to the audio book on my way to work. May be something will sink in.
