I really enjoyed the story
I really enjoyed this book. it's an original story and kept me interested throughout the entire book. I would have rated it higher but I wasn't a big fan if the narrator. however, you can sample the narration and decide that on your own. I am now a fan of this author and will be buying his future books

Stone 🪨 and Shield 🛡️
This is a story about a group of mercenaries with political intrigue mixed in. It reminded me of a mix of A Song of Ice and Fire, First Law and The Black Company. The huge cast of characters could be hard to follow at times - thankfully there is a list of the characters included at the end of the book.
