Great advice

I’ve been a chronic snorer for most of my adult years to the point where I’ve had to sleep in a separate room from my spouse. Needless to say I’ve been desperate to learn some things that might help me out. This book gave me just what I was looking for as it didn’t involve me needing to get an expensive cpap machine or anything like that. Instead it offered practical advice I feel that I can actually follow.

If you have sleep apnea you must read this book. It is loaded with information to help you. Wasn't expecting it to be that good. Very easy to listen to and very informative. I can't wait to tell my friends about what I learn in this book as a lot of people my age snore like crazy.

This was for me!

About 10 years ago I started waking up in the middle of the night. I could not go back to sleep. So I would work for a couple of hours and then try to go back to sleep for a couple of hours. I feel like a zombie.
Now I'm looking forward to trying these exercises and seeing if I can improve my breathing habits.

Expert help

I have someone with sleep apnea in my life, and there is so much to learn. This book answers every question I had and more. They should give this to anyone who gets diagnosed. I learned a lot. And the doctor narrates this himself! Really good job there too.

your best solution to sleep spnea

I just finished listening to this book, and I'm left with this feeling of hope and intrigue. I especially enjoyed reading the author's personal story of sleep apnea and evidence-based strategy of seeking alternatives to CPAP therapy. The explanations about sleep apnea science were so clear that even a layman should understand them. The breathing exercises included in the audiobook are very doable and practical for everyday living, which should be very encouraging to listeners seeking a natural approach. Some of the changes to life being presented may be hard for certain listeners to implement, but the approach does come off as holistic and well-rounded. I appreciated the balanced view on CPAP therapy, which indeed recognizes the benefits of such therapy but explores other alternatives. My snoring almost ended my relationship...
