Don't take too much Vitamin D it is dangerous! I started taking 20,000 IU a day-50X times the recommended dose of 400 IU a day. After about four months upped the dose to 50,000 IU a day or 150X the old recommended “safe” dose I then boosted it to 100,000 IU a day or 300 x times the old maximum safe dose! Don't take too much Vitamin D it is dangerous! I started taking 20,000 IU a day-50X times the recommended dose of 400 IU a day. After about four months upped the dose to 50,000 IU a day or 150X the old recommended “safe” dose I then boosted it to 100,000 IU a day or 300 x times the old maximum safe dose! What happened over these last 10 months? Did I die? get sick? No! Just the opposite! High dose Vitamin D3 therapy over the last year-cured all my chronic conditions-some that i'd had for 20+ years!

Thought provoking
I have studied red light and near infra red therapies (20 year energy/lighting consultant) to include in my practice and this book digs deeper into understanding both therapies. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to expand their knowledge base.

Methylene Blue + Red Light Synergistic Effect
The book on Red Light Therapy was great, however I had read the book on MB first, and based on info provided in that book, I had expected that in this book he would mention about the "Methylene Blue + Red Light Synergistic Effect".
I was disappointed that he didn't mention anything on the RLT Synergistic Effect when combined with MB.
Although he does recommend a dosage time of approximately 15 minutes, yet I was surprised that he doesn't mention if there would be any problem with using it much longer or falling asleep with it.

Helpful information
I was exposed to red light therapy initially by my functional neurologist after I had a stroke. It did help me and I am glad to know more about it and understand it better. This knowledge will, for me, make it even more effective and I will use it more intentionally.
Narrator incorrectly pronounced some words but I was able to ignore it.
