Best in the series so far

There’s so much pain and heartache but it’s all in the past. So the reader just gets to watch all the happiness come to a sweet man who went through h*ll with a salt of the earth good woman.

The Final Chapter

Kristin proby did a great job closing the story in her 5th book of this series. Though I wish I had gotten more of the Wilde family
(Because I don’t want it to end!) this story captures the charm of Bitter root valley, gives us that sweet love story with spicy sections in between.
Overall, a great book! I hope there is another spin off with the Blackwell family!

Holden’s backstory wow

I don’t like DV at all. The one chapter from Holden has had me in tears 2 times over. And it’s the holidays. But I needed to know Millie’s story. Can’t wait for. Bridger’s story

Great conclusion to the series

This is a bittersweet read, knowing that it is the last book in The Wild of Montana series.

I have been waiting for Millie Wild and Holden Lexington’s second chance at love story.

Eight years ago they had a relationship but as their families were rivals, kept it secret, until Holden’s father forced him to stop seeing her. Now that his father is dead, could Holden get another chance?

When his father’s will is revealed, he learns that in order to inherit he has to get married. The only woman he considers is Millie, but after hurting her so badly, will she even accept?

What follows is an emotional, well written story that will get to you on numerous levels.

The narration by Sebastian York and Grace Grant brought the characters to life for me. Their voices were easy to listen too and they brought all the passion, drama, romance and humour to their performances.

She’s A Wild One was a fitting conclusion to what has become one of my favorite series from
Ms. Proby.

Perfect Ending to this amazing series

I truly couldn't love this book more. I knew Millie's story was going to be amazing, with the tension and connection that she obviously shared with Holden. But this one really blew me away. I honestly don't think there could have been narrators that would have been better for this story. Grace Grant and Sebastian York were beyond outstanding as Millie and Holden.

I am not sure how to adequately put into words how much I loved this story. The love that Holden and Millie had for each other was so strong. The fact that pure hatred from their father's is what kept them apart for 8 years breaks my heart. These two were meant for each other and they both held onto those feelings all those years. Holden just might be my new favorite Kristen Proby hero ever. This man was so wonderful for his sister's and gave them the life that they deserved, despite having a horrid person as a father. Holden worked so hard to shield them and protect them. I loved that he saw them as "his girls" and not just his sisters. He was not just their brother but the father figure they desperately needed.

And I loved how Holden didn't want Millie to call him anything but "husband". Those scenes were some of the sweetest and cutest and I just loved it. He went all in with Millie to show her what she meant to him while they were apart and what they could be if she could forgive him.

I'm sad this series is over but that just means a new series is on the way very soon and I can't wait. I love these types of stories from Kristen Proby and I am so ready for more.

very low angst

if you're looking for a sweet low angst spicy story this is it. not much conflict, very swoony. it's hard not to like this. I do wish it was duet narration and that someone else was the female narrator. this one wasn't horrible. her male voice was great. she was just sort of robotic. ava Eriksonson would have been great.

Best of the series

This is the final story in this series and it's Millie's, the Wild sister. This is a second chance, marriage of convenience between Millie and Holden. They've loved each other for eight years but only had a summer romance. Then Holden broke Millie's heart saying that the night she gave him her virginity was only sex to him and nothing special. It broke my heart, too, when Holden's side of the story was told. I really liked this story and especially listening to Sebastian York and Grace Grant narrate. I'm looking forward to the next series, of course.
