It leads to more serious self-reflection and self-awareness, and it also fosters insight to organize and honestly look at and make judgments about your complex emotions through knowledge of emotional management and the author's recommended diary writing. The contents, told in a soft tone, guide you to let yourself go a little more and look inside yourself. I think this is one of the great self-development books that I recommend reading.
