A simple yet effective approach

I had the opportunity to listen to this audiobook and although I was skeptical at first, after listening to this book and trying some of the EFT techniques, I can honestly say I'm a believer. I have a sweet tooth and when I see a sweet I can eat, I just go for it! The techniques in this book are already helping me to stop not only the cravings but the impulse as well.

I'm excited to keep up with the techniques and see where I end up. If you're interested in a different approach to losing weight, give this audiobook a listen!

I've struggled with emotional eating for years. It's a constant battle. I eat when I'm stressed, sad, or even just bored. I felt lost and hopeless. I wanted to try something, anything, new. I found this book, and it offered a glimmer of hope. It's about using EFT, or tapping, to help with weight loss. It talks about those emotional triggers that send me spiraling. It promised small changes could make a real difference. I desperately hoped it would give me a new way to cope, a way to finally feel in control.

This book was more than just helpful; it felt like a lifeline. I realized, with a jolt of recognition, that I eat when I feel lonely. That's my biggest trigger. Today, I felt that familiar wave of loneliness wash over me, and the urge to eat a whole bag of chips was overwhelming. I felt a surge of panic. Then, I remembered the book.
