Leo & Hanna!!!

Ruined is definitely my favorite book in this series and one of my top stories by this author. Hanna and Leo’s story was heartfelt with a riveting storyline and relatable characters. A few times the story went in a different direction than I imagined and I had my thoughts on who was responsible but doubted myself a few times!

If you enjoy well written lighter suspense reads that blend perfectly the romance and suspense with a wonderful cast of characters I fully recommend this book and series. A great addition to this series!

Vanessa Edwin and Aaron Shedlock were perfectly paired for this story and did a great job making me feel the story and strong emotions.

Leo and Hanna are amazing

I love all the Harper Security Ops stories and this one is just as fantastic! We met Hanna with Ellory and Kane’s story, but we didn’t know much about her. Her back story was so hard, but tastefully presented. We knew her pain through her history. Fast forward to present day and watching her and Leo grow… wonderful. Did not even expect the bad guy in this story until it was right on top of me! Crying on the commuter bus?! Why yes I did because I felt all the feels listening/reading that last 20% on the book!! These narrators are fantastic!! When I am listening they ARE Leo and Hanna.

Ruined is Book 8 in the Harper Security Ops series by A.K. Evans and we finally get Leo’s story, well Leo and Hanna’s!!! OMG!!! Aaron Shedlock is one of my favorite narrators and pair him with Vanessa Edwin and here you have Leo and Hannah!

All I can say is wow to this one!

Hanna’s story will break your heart, the abuse she suffered for so long. She did the only thing she knew to do, leave in order to survive. Hannah did a lot of things that she was not proud of but when given the opportunity to have a semi-normal life again, she took it. One thing she knew was that she could never let anyone get close enough to her because she knew nothing good ever lasted, but she didn’t see Leo.
I have been waiting for Leo’s story to come and it is an incredible one! Leo, just like all the Harper guys, is all alpha and bound and determined to get what he wants and he has his sight set on Hanna. He doesn’t realize that the murders he is investigating will soon put their relationship they are trying to build in jeopardy. He has to find out how the murders are linked to Hannah before she is harmed, either by being arrested or becoming a target!

This is an incredible love story and I can’t wait to see what is next in the series! Each book gets better and better. I don’t think I want this one to ever end!

Excellent story

Hannah had a rough start in life. Ran away from home to get away from her abusive stepfather. Homeless, she survived on the streets for a short while. Her luck started to turn around. She as she met someone amazing people she knew were being murdered making her the prime suspect. Will Hannah be cleared and get her HEA?

Leo and Hanna will melt your heart in the best way

I don't even know where to start with the latest edition of Harper Security Ops...it was seriously so good. I keep saying this series just gets better and better and it does! Leo and Hanna were absolutely sweet and so adorable but when they brought the steam they BROUGHT it. I adored their slow build because it made their HEA even better. The suspense of the homicides had me guessing at every turn. Just when I thought I figured out who was responsible another twist was thrown in. I did not see the reveal coming at all! The reveal couldn't have been more perfect. Ruined was a well rounded story and gave me everything I need from a good book. The narrators did a fantastic job bringing the characters to life and made a great team. Another 5/5 for A.K. Evans.
