There is nothing to rant and rave about the book. It’s solid and worth a cred. The MC isn’t lame or cheeky he just wants to be great and grind. I can get with that.

Joey (MC) is likable at first but get annoying as the book goes on and the world system-the book could have been gone through in more depth and detail.

Fresh take on genre

Very enjoyable listen
I really loved the world building and the magic system that they introduced, very easy to follow. the MC was very cool, and how they show their change and progression into the world kept me entertained. Would very much recommend

Best audible book I’ve listened to in a while. As a person who likes HWFWM, Azarinth Healer, etc., this was a breath of fresh air while awaiting new books. Definitely worth the credit.
