very inspiring
As a residential guy it was so fun to hear about the commercial side but not just domestic the international stories were great. I alway enjoy being reminded of the core principles of success

Excellent audiobook!!!
This autor has a lot of experience in the real estate industry and provides very good knowledge and wisdom to those that are in the basic level like me. Definitely this audiobook was a great investment for me. I'm looking forward to buy a printed version in the future.

This did not age well
The book starts off talking about the Trumps, arguably the biggest real estate frauds in American History. Felt like listening to a book about Madoff being the world's best trader.

Basic rules of real estate investing
Good background listening but otherwise not recommended. While the advice is solid, it's fairly generic
- Work hard
- Find a mentor
- Do the analysis
- Trust your gut
- Etc.
There is some actionable advice but even that is fairly worn out:
- Read major newspapers for ideas
- Join EO or YPO
- Etc.
However the author does interview some great people and buried in with the generic advice are some solid nuggets.
