Well explained.
I normally don’t explain reviews, but this audiobook really gives you a lot of practical information rather than those audiobooks just explaining to motivate you but you ended up learning nothing from them. The really good fundamental audiobook for real estate investment newbies, worth your time to listen!

Great audiobook.
Great audiobook. My wife and are about to start renting our first property and will house hacking a second very soon based on the principles found in this audiobook. Very insightful, a lot of good information that is presented clearly on the whole topic of real estate investing
