NO..This is my first book i heard by Rick McVey’s this was awesome i loved it....

yeah i listened it with one sitting because i liked these type of real estate book.. I found this book a great resource for real estate investor and it will be very helpful to anyone achieve their real estate investing dream.

This was a great read for new real estate investors. It included very high level concepts but creates a good foundation to build on!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

There's a ton of information inside. I'm glad I got the bundle because they really compliment each other.

This book made me inquisitive about real estate. It's for beginner's but I found it useful for also property and apartment estate investing.

Truly a complete guide for beginners if you're wanting to start investing in real estate. Even if you're slightly interested, I would recommend this to you.

Good Guide for real estate!!!

This book is an Amazing Book on Real Estate Investing.This book will teach you basic steps and tips you need to take in order to start investing in Real Estate today. Very well-written book and easy to read.There is a chapter how to avoid most common mistakes like having no plans, failing to read the fine print, not to underestimate the relationships..
Once we find the right property, one has to find the right way to pay for it like using private loans, financial banking, crowd funding. I highly recommended this book!

Would you consider the audio edition of Real Estate Investing to be better than the print version?

Not like that everything will be better when we do it practically...that is like audio book when we hear it,it is very understandable.

What other book might you compare Real Estate Investing to and why?

I won't compare because all books are good...but for this book i compared it with anaother real estate book but it is good than that book!!!

Which character – as performed by Rick McVey – was your favorite?

yes..i liked the performance it was good and very nice...This set of books is about real estate investing, one can easily find plenty of information about property investing, purchasing property and renting one, too. property investment presents an old way of investing and gaining income.

It spelled out, step by step, how to get started in real estate investing and some key tips to being ethical, smart, and successful. I highly recommend this to anyone who is considering getting into real estate for financial gain or just to own your own home. Lots of great information!

Excellent for both intended-be owners and landowners with a handful of members. If you're beginning out, you should be learning all you can notice your skills on as each book will have holes in its coverage that different book will begin to fill in. This book supplies in a number of ways that various other books don't approach such as references (other than MLS) for apartments, discussion tips, and how great school communities and nearby facilities are to rental properties.
