Good love story!
War did not play about his Peace, Blossom Peace that is lol I loved the storyline it was realistic, funny and has plenty of drama can't wait to get into another one of her books.

Great Story!
This was an excellent story, It kept my attention from the beginning. I loved the male narrator. However, I was not a fan of the female narrator.

War and Peace
This was an immensely entertaining book. I laughed, really laughed, laughed some more, almost cried, and swooned a little bit. It took me a minute to appreciate the FMC, Blossom Peace, but she eventually grew on me. It wasn’t that I didn’t like her, she was just a little harder embrace than I thought she needed to be. But given her background, her mistrust and hard shell made sense.I truly enjoyed the MMC, War, and his interactions with both Blossom Peace, and the boys. This was more than just a love story between a man and a woman, it was a love story between mothers, fathers, and the children of their heart. This was very beautifully written. Men, especially Black men, stepping in to guide young Black boys is a beautiful thing. And the narration was very well done. Bravo all around.
