Great start for a beginner

This book was straightforward, practical and insightful for a low-key skeptic like myself. Even though the topic is esoteric, the concepts were presented in a way that wasn’t too “woo” for someone who’s new to the idea that everyone has some psychic abilities. It’s a quick listen, and I’ve already listened to it multiple times.

Solid Beginner’s Guide

Great content. Very well organized and written in a way that is practical and doable. I appreciate all the exercises for each topic. I would definitely recommend this to a beginner. It’s not too overwhelming and doesn’t talk over your head.

Computer Generated Voice

Although I love the content of this book the computer generated voice of the author bugged me the entire time. No human English speaker puts the emphasis on the wrong syllable as often as the reader of this book. Plug your nose and listen for the meaning of the words instead of the pleasant sound of a human voice as the content is useful and accurate.

Useful, well-narrated, and accessible

What I like best about this book is that it is accessible in three formats: a book, workbook and now this audiobook. Since I requested an audiobook when reading the book, I’m happy to see it arrive. The book is narrated well and clearly. Step by step instructions for imagining white light and other exercises are included. In fact, as the book is very exercise-oriented, having it in audio is fortunate because all pauses formerly indicated in writing are now verbal. So with bookmarks, you could guide yourself through this book very easily.

I was guided to this book and I couldn’t be more pleased with what I found. It was very informative, concise, and great techniques to use.
