if your trying to revive long surpressed gifts, curious, or got questions pertaining to this topic, this is a must read, i found it very helpful as to how certain things work. very well packaged i think!

I found this book very interesting and helpful. The exercises were easy and help improve your daily life. It makes you more aware of your surroundings.

Highly recommended

The author offers a set of simple, easy to follow exercises for us to try out with a view to enhancing our psychic abilities and living a fuller and happier life and maybe even being able to help others along the way. I've been doing the exercises now for about 3 weeks with some quite amazing results.

Clear and well organized book.

So much will become clearer, and even more will be learned about what you should and shouldn't do. I have found this book to be very helpful in guiding me to a much more peaceful place. I feel grounded and empowered. I can now stop the draining of my energy by other people, as I can recognize it easily now. Great Read!
