This book is a must read for any minority business owner!! This book is life changing.

Great read

It's a combination of a different accounting concept for business and motivational directed at minorities.

Susan provides in depth accounting strategies to create an illusion of scarcity to force yourself to manage your business finances for maximum growth.

There are many motivational messages throughout the book coming from a Christian perspective. As a former Christian, there are gems of wisdom to help illustrate the need to adopt the concepts and grow your business.

As a aspiring entneputer, I would adopt the profit first model in my accounting practices.

This is a great book and highly recommend it.

wonderful book!!!! must have for all MBEs and nonM

I was reluctant to listen to this version because often times anything labeled minority gives a short of victim mentality that diminishes the message, and I cringe everytime an author makes it a point to overemphasize social and political injustices to draw an emotional response which can be distracting for me. the author made her bias points clear and concise but offered sooo much practical advice and resources. kudos to the editor and author for delivering quality work. I bought this initially for my wife but now I'm hooked!!!! definitely a recommended read for business owners and entrepreneurs

This is the book you will wish you read sooner

I learned so much from this book that I am scheduling appointments with my attorney, tax professional and banker to make some much needed adjustments to my business strategy. Kudos to Ms. Mariga for this well written tool for success. Buy one for yourself and a few to give as gifts for your entrepreneurial friends. They will love you for it!

A MUST listen for ALL Small business owners

Applicable to ALL small business owners, not just MBE -in fact, would recommend that non-minority business owners seek out this book first for practical content, but also for perspective and insight/awareness on what their MBE colleagues navigate on a daily basis.
I have already recommended this book to at least 15 of my colleagues, and I only purchased it 4 days ago, and am on my second time through (listening to it), to make sure I don’t miss anything.
