Great book to read even just for the knowledge

if you'd young and have had any type of financial curiosity.... have watched or listened to Dave Ramsey and felt that you understood him but just didn't feel that excited or it came eye to eye with your goals ... I highly recommend this book! very diverse and great! I highly recommend if your motivated about financial growth and freedom

Great for anyone considering FIRE

This was a really enjoyable listen thanks to both the content and engaging delivery. If you understand the basics of FIRE and are thinking of starting your journey, listening to Scot and Taylor describe their personal FIRE adventure is inspiring

Wow

This really opened my eyes to the possibilities. I believe in Minimalism but it iss not enough. This gives me more details on the journey that I am taking. Looking forward to the Documentary.

Eye Opening

This (audio) book is awesome regardless of your financial situation. I have been debt-free and working on financial i dependence since 2017 and found new ways to speed up my journey.

Good book that goes over the basics

I thought this was a good book, well written and shows that FIRE is subjective. I am excited to watch the documentary.

A new favorite

Wow! I am no stranger to the financial independence community, but this was a fantastic, fresh take on the subject. I knew when I burst into tears during the first couple of chapters (when the new mom realizes she can’t afford to stay home with her firstborn). I have lived that life. But hearing the story through another person’s perspective has helped me identity my “why” of FI. I don’t ever want to have to choose between caring for my family and a career that is relying on me. Thank you for sharing your story. I think this will be just as relatable to those who has never heard of FIRE before. I can’t wait to watch the documentary!

Fantastic Blue Print

This book gives such a fantastic account of what is possible with budgeting and frugality. Retirement can happen at “any” age. I’m going to listen to this at least two more times to keep me motivated. I loved the store and the added interviews at the end. I also loved learning more about this Money Moustache guy.

Good but wanted more

If you go into reading this expecting a technical guide it will slightly miss the mark. It does a good job of laying out the steps and talking a great deal about the authors personal journey. I found it inspiring and worth the read, but I would have rather heard less about 1 persons specific journey with fire. ESP. Because he didn’t reach financial independence yet .
