Really good
Once again, a Mara Brent book does not disappoint! I really enjoy her humanity… She’s both very human, and very professional. And I really like the narrator!

Recommend
I have listened to all the previous books and this one is my favorite. Lots of twists and good dovetailing of everything that was happening in the various story lines. I enjoyed it. Not really of fan of the narrator. It was jarring to hear her version of Jeannie and not in line with the other series narrator. Also had a tough time delineating between characters at times. However if you like Mara Brent I recommend listening anyway.

EPIC!
Not only another great performance by an amazing narrator but I believe the best in the series so far! There were so many twists and turns (some expected, some unbelievable) that I stayed up all night listening to the last half of the book because I didn't have it in me to press pause, even to sleep.

loved this series!
I agree with other readers, Robin James needs more recognition for her great courtroom drama, mixed with her fabulous investigative skills and of course a woman doing the modern-day jungle of family, work and life in general.

The plot is well developed. Small clues are a big part of the story. Well written. Looking forward to book 6.
