A very good and comprehensive book!

My wife and I trully appreciate the informative and candid nature of this book. Though somewhat new to the real estate arena we feel like out of this one book we have had many of our questions answered (some we didn't even know we had) and our confidence solidified. Our interest has been supercharged and we are on our way to closing our first major deal.

This book is an easy read full ofgreat information

Good Ideas!

A very useful and easy to follow guide on how to make money by doing nothing (well, almost=). Today modern economy constantly suffers finansial crisis, to the point where people don't know if they will lose their jobs or keep them. So it never harms to have an aditional income on the side just to be safe when a rainy day comes. This book provides some interesting ideas on how to make money online with minimum effort but maximum profit. It also advice a reader how to start investing. Definitely worth checking out

I liked this book very much actually. The author shared his personal play book on how he promotes and advertises. He shared his very simple method of laying out and planning what he is going to write about. This simple method makes it easy for any one to write a book in a week.

A step by step guide book.

I started listen this book expecting not to learn too much from it, like a lot of others that didn’t really give me the information, or a rehash of old info. this book is amazing because a) I actually read the book, unlike a lot of books that I start and don’t finish b) there really is a lot of actionable information that if we can start, will create true passive income.

Is Passive Income A Real Concept.

This book has a lot of really useful information and probably my favorite of how to's and step by steps! This is an area that interests me when I am looking for "side income" without having to take a second job.
