A very good and comprehensive book!
This book explains how to value investment properties and provides examples that are easy to understand. I referred to this book many times when we acquired our rental properties.Loved this book. Covered many points on real estate investing and gave many great examples of the subjects covered.

Excellent information
The Passive Income Myth is a very good introduction to some of the areas of passive income investment. While I consider myself to be an above average investor, I learned about several passive income strategies that I did not know about while reading this book.

Quick Digestible Insight
This book takes the guess work out of passive income. samson has done her research and makes it easy to find the passive income stream(s) that are right for you. As someone wanting an overview of the rental property business, I found this book very helpful. I love this book and really respect the ideas

Good book for beginners.
I've always wanted to know and understand more about passive income and is it really possible to 'claim passive income in a few short hours'? Were these claims a scam? Were the people that succeeded just the few lucky ones? This book has a ton of incredible data and I adored that it incorporates approaches to profit from a wide range of sources, without simply depending on one. At that point I will buy this book from #Amazon.Really great guide for me.Great educational data on this book.
