When to praise and reward
Really enjoyed listening to the daily life examples and appreciate the approach towards simplifying the way we can communicate with children. What really stood out to me is how we ought to meaningfully determine when to praise and reward their actions. This book is a gentle reminder that positive reinforcement is a tool and method that should be used with greater discipline and intent.
