What did you like best about this story?
A fast paced story with a surprise ending. There's a lot of action and will keep you listening to the audiobook. I'm looking forward to reading more of this authors work.

very entertaining!
I really enjoyed the first novella but I wanted so much more, he sets you up to discover who is involved but I felt like there wasn't enough of a conclusion for me. I wanted all the pieces to fit together. it's like having a puzzle and your not able to finish because your missing a few pieces. the short stories i could have skipped, they are to sorry for me, not enough, just as you get into the groove of them they are over.
the narration was amazing! Basil Sands is quickly becoming my new favorite narrator. he has been amazing in everything he reads! his voice is hypnotic! It's like he transforms into each person and at the drop of a hat. he has a very soothing voice. I can't wait to get my hands of more of his work! great job!

More Sin Than The Bible!
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes! Each of these four yarns captured my attention immediately! Bell's characters (who's motivations tipped toward the Breaking Bad and Sopranos variety) were fashioned in such fine detail that I almost felt I could slip into their skin - and that, I believe, was the idea ... the seduction of ... just ONE more ...
Who was your favorite character and why?
All of the characters were fascinating, but the lawyer in the first story - probably because he was the most authentic - thoroughly captured my imagination.
Which character – as performed by Basil Sands – was your favorite?
Basil Sands voiced all the characters to perfection ... the lawyer, the mob boss, the old dame with the pup, but if I had to pick one it would be the hispanic woman running from her abusive husband - it will tear your heart out in more ways than one.
If you could rename One More Lie, what would you call it?

Don't waste your time or a credit:(
Would you try another book from James Scott Bell and/or Basil Sands?
No. I have listened to some of James Scott Bell's before and liked them. Basil Sands did a good job of narrating.
Would you ever listen to anything by James Scott Bell again?
Not now. I was VERY disappointed in this book. It was way too short and did not tie up all the loose ends. The 3 short stories at the end were OK, the one about the mafia being the best one.
Any additional comments?
Add another 100+ pages to the book and finish the story!
