Good book. A lot of general advice like treat people with respect, don’t piss people off, etc. Good for young, new production supervisors in manufacturing.

Real and inspirational!
Very practical and full of real examples. Useful for novice and experienced supervisors. Be authentic and make decisions, at least 1/3 will drive the right results!

Production driven guide. Pretty long and bland from a quality manager point of view. Didn’t feel much different than any other manufacturer guidance literature. Repetitive.
