Thought it might be good at least to listen to while mowing, but I had to stop when it became about running a zoo. Wasn't even the first animal topic in the book. Not a serious book about manufacturing processes.

A must read for industry leaders of all levels
Michelle’s book is a fast paced, information heavy, yet easy to read assembly of case studies of manufacturers from all across the map. Very detailed, full of fantastic and relevant references. I’ve read it twice and reference her blog, Navigate Content, regularly.
