The secrets of Obscurum have been well kept for hundreds of years. For Sadie and her brother Sam though, the disappearance of their mother was just the start.
After moving in to live with their aunt Rose, Sadie and Sam find out that nothing is what it seems in this sleepy little coastal town.
As they struggle to cope with their mother's disappearance, the kids find out that the town, and the people in it, hold a lot of secrets. More than they will ever know.
Now they must band together with their aunt and her long-time friend Herman, the town librarian, to uncover centuries of mysteries that have made Obscurum a focal point for all things paranormal and creepy.
In this first book of the series, get ready for a wild ride as Sadie, Sam and the other monster hunters prepare to face the evil that lurks in and around the town. An evil that doesn't sleep. And will not stop until it gets what it wants.
