Mad Maggie
I really enjoyed this story. Curses, and madness, betrayal and plots kept me rooted to the end. Great narration and my very favorite a HEA. The characters were great. I couldn’t help but root for Gabriel and Maggie as they uncovered plots and secrets and their feelings for one another.

Great Story
This story took quite a while to unfold but when it did, it was beautiful. A lunatic bride, a curse on a family line, and a despot hungry for more power: What could possibly go wrong? I loved the characters as well as the storyline.
My first book by Miriam Minger and I’ll be back for more.
I didn’t enjoy the Audible narrator as much as others. In my opinion her voice was not suited to this genre.

Great story!
After I accepted that the heroine was a sensitive soul, the book flowed beautifully and I nearly cried at chapter 24!

What are other reviews talking about?
Seriously the narration is painful to listen to and so is this story. I’m really questioning whether book reviews are legit. What a b-o-r-I-n-g story about one dimensional characters. Not engaging at all.
