Brilliant book.

Really enjoyed this book. There are lots of twists and turns in it. It is not you typical shifter story which is nice. The narrator is great to listen too, cannot wait to get the next one.

A little slow. Okay story

A little slow. Okay story but it’s not an ending……spoiler alert. It doesn’t do much for her background for her part at the end of this book. Definitely not an end

This book is amazing! Savannah brings Heathers book to life. Listening to her makes the story better! I can’t wit to hear the rest of the series!

I love the family relationships and the mystery here. Having the overall mystery and the supernatural elements made me not want to put it down.

Looking forward to the rest of the series

I really enjoyed the fast pace of the book. It was a short read but it was packed with suspense and a bit of action. I loved Serenity’s passion for seeking out the truth. I enjoyed her family too. Her brothers were hilarious. Allison is a great friend and I enjoyed her friendship with Serenity. Sutton was dreamy of course and I’m anxious to see his connection with Serenity grow. I look forward to the next book to see what happens to the township and if they will ever break the curse.

The narrator was superb. I truly enjoyed her performance throughout the book.

Mated by Midnight Book 1

This is the first book in the Mated by Midnight series. In the beginning we meet Serenity who one would think had it all together until one day everything falls apart. Next thing you know she gets a random file that appeals to her curiosity with a decades old mystery. She uproots her life to try and get it back together and solve the mystery only to stumble into a curse of supernaturals. Great story line with an enjoyable cast of characters. Ready for book 2 to see what unfolds for Serenity.

Wow Just Wow!!

It is rare that a book draws me in so completely! I was a little unsure of the narration at first but after a few chapters I thought she was doing a good job. The story though was really really good. It had some twists and turns and was interesting because it was a different take on shifters. I thought I had it figured out and then another twist… I can’t wait to see what happens next!

This book was FANTASTIC!!! I read it before listening to it. I love this series and now I get to listen to it come to life! Savannah Rivers was the perfect Serenity! She brought her to life the same way I envisioned her when reading her voice!!

This book had a lot of surprising twists and turns, and it was hard to put down. The plot flowed beautifully and the characters in this story are all really well written!! I loved the main character, Serenity, she is a strong woman who goes through an awful lot. It’s hard to keep this good woman down. She has an amazing family who are always there for her, and a brother who is a cop and is very protective of her. I love Steven. Then she meets Sutton, another great character (yummy), and he is that tall, dark and handsome lumberjack-ish guy in the woods. The town’s people don’t like Serenity, most of them anyway, and the other couple at the B&B she’s staying at are really odd. Actually this whole town is very odd.

The mystery and suspense keep you on the edge of your seat. The romance keeps you swooning. This whole story just keeps you totally engaged!! This is a number of genres, but mostly paranormal romance with lots of mystery suspense. You will love it!!!

Welcome to Midnight Falls

I really LOVE Serenity’s family. The sibling love was so cute and I love how her brother really cared for her. From the beginning I was hooked and I was eager to try to solve the mystery right along with Serenity. I loved how this new series had mystery and a bit of magical and supernatural elements. Also, I noted some Beauty and the Beast vibes too!
Not everything is as it appears in Midnight Falls and I enjoyed getting to meet a few of the townsfolk there. This one will be a slow burn romance, and I’m here for it.
The narrator, Savannah Rivers did a wonderful job portraying Serenity and an array of different characters. She brought the story and characters to her life.
I cannot wait to see what happens next. Looking forward to reading the next book.
