Many thought provoking chapters, but the best was envisioning where I want to be when I’m 80 and then working backwards to get there.

This is a FUN read!!

I'm only beginning my journey into perimenopause... I call it the pre-peri stage. This was a book that was insightful, colourful and so much fun to listen to. The author makes a woman's journey into her 40s, 50s and 60s seem like an adventure worth dressing up for!
I'd go through this book again for a pick-me-up anytime!
