If you like Conan you will like this

Robert Howard would be proud of this book. This has great detail with a blend of action and adventure. I think the author has talent beyond the genre but made it fun for those looking for a fun well written book to relax with a good drink and just enjoy.

Great first book!

Looking forward to the next book in the series. A very fun action romp with some nice depth and spice!

A Isekai story definitely.

This story has a few tropes that are in many Isekai books. So there’s some predictability with but in earnest it’s got women,treasure,and adventure. So enjoy it if it’s your cup of tea.

this guy Kaden had one life on earth and merges with a warrior on empyrea and between both their knowledge sets start lighting up the bad guys and the monsters!

Great start to an fun adventure!

Now this is a story!

2 minds or memories in one body...what could go wrong? That's how our mc starts out and he has to navigate this world through the lens of both memories of who he was. He marries someone (I'm not saying who) who despises him. She tells him she has to be his, he can have her body and nothing else. Our mc says I won't touch you until you ask me to then let's her stew in her own juices (pun intended) while he proves just what type of good guy he is.

They is a lot of traveling and fighting which get our mc to get stronger faster. There is political stuff, religious stuff, funny stuff, dark stuff, fighting (did I mention that already) and of course, spicy stuff going on in this book. I highly recommend this audiobook for everyone's listening library.

Another great Isekai barbarian fantasy adventure!

Mercenary of Empyrea by Michael Dalton is another great Isekai barbarian fantasy adventure. Not sure why barbarians have been so popular this last year but this one doesn't disappoint. A fun adventure, great characters, and a good time as always with Michael's work. I look forward to book 2! Audio Version: Byron Ormond and Kat Riley do a great job with the narration and each of their characters.

Multiple memories, One Body

In most stories the multiple memories would cause the MC to struggle for balance, in this story he was able to adapt all his experience in harmony and use them to his advantage. Set in a Conan the barbarian type world, with all the action and fun that goes with it. You won't regrets giving this book a try. Enjoy!

If you want Isekai and like Michael Dalton books, this book is for you. I really enjoyed it Byron Ormond and Kat Riley do a great job.
