Extremely thorough look at ADHD

While I don't have ADHD, I live with someone who does, and my youngest son has it. So, I'm very familiar. This book covers all, and I mean All the bases when it comes to ADHD (even if you aren't a man). Anyone who is affected by ADHD, either having it or living with someone can get a lot of help from these books.

Great info and value

A great book with useful exercises to improve focus and increase efficiency that will benefit anyone navigating ADHD. It provides the foundational information on ADHD and how it impacts the brain. It also does a good job of defining things such as CBT and DBT, and how they can assist in this situation. Very good value with the 2 in 1! Definitely worth the listen, and if you work through it, you'll certainly glean some impactful strategies
