if you are connected or connecting to the ancestors, these are useful and empowering guided visualizations.
The tonality of the voice is very pleasant. I greatly enjoyed the entire artefact. Great use of sound, voice and hypnotic imagery.

I like the inductions and the visual prompting that keep you in the vision and meditation. I like that Abiola explored the elements ,which will help individual direction. This is a excellent guided experience and I appreciate the affirmative action responses for sleep. She has checked all the boxes .
