GREAT READ/LISTEN
I am a PhD student in Public Health with a background in psychology and this book is spot on. I think everyone who is dealing with anxiety/depression should check this out.
It is also a good read for folks who have newly diagnosed anxiety disorders, we cant ALWAYS do it alone.
