Great story, great narrator.
This storyline is just downright lovable. A magical school, magical creatures, and a brother and sister who have no idea they have magical powers. They get sold by their uncle and head off to a magical academy where they meet ghosts, vampires, and a talking owl.
The narrator is also fantastic and draws you right in with her voice, pacing, changes in tone, and different character impressions.
It’s hard to believe this was actually for books, and I definitely look forward to the next omnibus.

Great books
I enjoyed this set of books. It was a little slow getting everything set up, but it has me hooked now. Can’t wait to see what happens next. The narration is really good; her different accents are great and i enjoyed listening. I was so enthralled, i couldn’t believe when it was finished; it felt like it had just started.

A whirlwind adventure from the first breath
This story held constant action and a new world to explore. So many great sibling relationships and family love woven into the tale. I wasn't ready for it to end.
The narrator did a fantastic job with so many characters. I was impressed with the many accents she was able to give and bring life to.

Gripping and suspenseful
This story drags you in and makes you a part of their world from the very beginning! There are twists and turns and the characters come also with with the narrators voice! I highly recommend this book!!
