After a harrowing visit to the Underworld, I finally shifted into my Phoenix. Flying doesn't stop Fate from insisting that I fight for my life, though. All of these brushes with death are for the birds.

Unique Storyline
I truly enjoyed this unique storyline that includes pixies, gargoyles, demons, demigod, imps and a phenomenal plot twist. There may be a lot going on with this story but you will enjoy the humorous, romantic, entertaining and intriguing aspects of the book. The story is compelling and well developed with amazing characters. Brenda Trim truly outdid herself with this one because I could not stop listening to their magical adventures in different locations and realms. The story is fast paced and full of action and steamy romance. This is my honest unbiased review that I am voluntarily leaving of my own volition.
