This Audiobook will take you through the basics of Spanish with Basic Bootcamp, All About, and Pronunciation lessons.

The five Basic Bootcamp lessons each center on a practical, real-life conversation. At the beginning of the lesson, we'll introduce the background of the conversation. Then, you'll hear the conversation two times: one time at natural native speed, and one time with English translation. After the conversation, you'll learn carefully selected vocabulary and key grammar concepts. Next, you'll hear the conversation one time at natural native speed. Finally, practice what you have learned with the review track. In the review track, a native speaker will say a word or phrase from the dialogue, wait three seconds, and then give you the English translation. Say the word aloud during the pause. Halfway through the review track, the order will be reversed. The English translation will be provided first, followed by a three-second pause, and then the word or phrase from the dialogue. Repeat the words and phrases you hear in the review track aloud to practice pronunciation and reinforce what you have learned.

Our native teachers and language experts will explain everything you need to know to get started in Spanish, including how to understand the writing system, grammar, pronunciation, cultural background, tradition, society, and more -- all in a fun and educational format!

I love the interaction. Very informative and entertaining. Learning Spanish yes!!! But why and so much more!

Makes it more interesting and less dry

So just a quick review, I think this helps answer questions while I have been using other programs to learn and accents my leaning. Great to put on while driving or shopping while others you need to interact with.

I love that this book helps you learn the proper way of saying in speaking Spanish and I like that they give more explanation on the culture and the history in the background of learning Spanish. I learned Spanish using this I’m still a beginner and I’m telling you right now it’s wonderful they make it fun it’s easy I listened to this specific book probably 10 times. I’m gonna continue with the rest of the books and review how they go I’m also using Duolingo and the combination of the two is working very well for me I hope to be speaking Spanish fluently by the end of the year!

Is there anything you would change about this book?

This is a collection of podcasts. I found the back and forth banter of the two hosts valuable for some cultural background and distinctions between the various Spanish dialects but as for being a tool to learn the language this was less than helpful. However, it only cost five dollars. I reccomend Pimsleur.

Would you be willing to try another book from Innovative Language Learning? Why or why not?

No. Did not meet my expectations the first time.

Excellent Format to start learning Spanish

My daughter and I really enjoyed listening to this series while driving across country. The podcast format works well to give you a very interesting introduction to Spanish. I am not sure why the previous review is so harsh. In our opinion it is completely unfounded and the series is a great tool to start you or your kids out in learning Spanish.

Very funny and useful. I only skipped the alphabet part, I didn’t think it was necessary

Could have done less history

It was pretty good except it could have left out some of its history lessons and focused more on Spanish. A beneficial read overall.

Good class and basic review

Good word play and dialogue among institutions. Does not get boring with one speaker going on and on.
