Completely unnatural way to learn a language. Language begins with making association with everyday people, things, places in slow, bite sized pieces. This is not it. If your looking for an academic understanding... eh maybe, if you are looking for practical- SKIP IT.

Very fast
During the speak and repeat portions the narrator speaks far too fast to pick up any of the verbs or words learned not allowing information to be picked up in segments.
I learned more Spanish from my coworkers than this text.
